Philadelphia Regional Magazine Cites TMD in Customer Satisfaction Surveys Article

The August 2013 issue of South Jersey Biz includes an article (“Customer Satisfaction”) on the importance for a business of measuring customer satisfaction with a company’s products or services. Gene Principato, President of The Marketing Difference was interviewed by the publication. Gene highlighted the importance of a well-designed questionnaire and the variety of techniques available to companies today to measure customer satisfaction, including surveys conducted by phone, mail and the Internet.
